Hi and welcome to Day 1!

On top of what you will be learning, I will also have 3 tasks for you to complete at the end of every lesson. These tasks will help you get started by “taking action”-which is one of the most important for success online today. Remember, if you do not take action today, then none of your dreams will be realized. It will all just be theory and any theory money that you earn will be of no use to you.

About Me and My Life Working Online

My name is Vanessa. I have been a full-time Online Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist for 9 years and I started doing this full-time during the most difficult point of my life: when I was homeless.

The only things that I had at that point were my laptop, dogs, cars and some extra cash to help pay for a hotel from time to time. I found WA during that time and one of the senior members recommended to begin freelancing to get me out of my slump while focusing on learning essential skills to succeed online.

Within a year (and after the birth of my son Aiden) I was about to file my first taxes as a business owner and I have never looked back. I was able to finally make the money I feel I deserved to earn instead of working my ass off for minimum wage and I was able to get everything my son needed to be a happy and healthy little boy.

I hope that I can inspire you to do the same and meet the goals that you have set for yourself. My website is not just about making money online.

It’s about teaching you how to do it properly and how to create a life for yourself that you have always wanted.

The truth is working online not only saved my life, but it also changed my life. I now have the time to take care of my son who will be turning 9 in July (no easy task mind you), I am able to enjoy every hobby I have: gaming, hiking and romping around outside. I want to teach you to do the same thing. You can use the extra money to fund your new lifestyle and to do whatever it is that you want to do.

Working From Home and What It Means For You

There is no doubt in my mind that every person who is receiving these emails will have different desires when it comes to working from home. Regardless, I hope that I can help to provide some insight on it due to my experience and show you that not only is it possible, but it isn’t too hard to achieve either.

The concepts that are covered and the tasks that will be required of you in this course are pretty basic, but they are the stepping stones of helping you to get into the right mindset to begin building the foundations you need and to help ensure that your online career is long-lasting as well.

Even if you have a little experience under your belt, it will only take you a couple of minutes to skim down this page and look for really helpful snippets of wisdom. Plus, on the 7^th day of this email course, you’ll have access to exclusive training videos that I have personally created for those who have signed up for this course.

You do not need to be an expert in anything regarding making money online to benefit from the information that you will find in this course. When I first started online I had no clue what the difference was between a website or a blog or even how to run my own business. But if I can figure it out, I know you can too!

And as I said before you can do the exact same thing. All you need to do is follow the instructions listed here, take action and above all, believe in yourself. If you can do all of that, there is no doubt in my mind that you will be successful too.

Some Helpful Getting Started Advice

Since you now know a little bit more about me, what it will take to begin working from home and what you will be doing over the course of this email course over the next week and beyond, I want to share a little bit of advice with you that I wish I had known back when I was just starting out.

#1: Take It Slow

The number one reason for people to quit when they first start out online is that they feel a bit overwhelmed. I know how that feels. There is just a lot of information for you take it in. And when you first start out it will seem that everyone online has a “head start.” Don’t worry about this. Don’t forget, this is YOUR journey and yours alone. Take all the time you need. It will pay off in the end.

Of course, in order to succeed online, it is important for you to commit as much energy, effort and time that you can to this and above all don’t forget to take action. If something comes up that causes you to take a break from the training, then do so. The Internet will still be around when you get the chance to come back to it.

#2. Never Forget To Take Action

The one thing that you will hear from actual REAL and SUCCESSFUL online entrepreneurs is the most important thing that you can do right now is to TAKE ACTION! What this means is that you need to DO something. Don’t just read about taking action.

For some strange reason many people out there have this crazy idea that if you can read about working from home, then you can learn everything there is, and snag a job that pays six figures a year without experience. This is simply not true. You need to take action and fail many times before you can succeed. Do not be fooled, you will make MANY mistakes along the way, but that is all apart of the learning curve. The real secret to overcoming this is not to be afraid of them. Look at these failures as a roadblock, then take one step in the right direction to get back on the track of success.

Task #2: Add A Nice Profile Pic and Short Bio About Yourself

I know this may seem silly to you, but as you progress through your Online Entrepreneur Certification course on WA, having a complete and finished profile will help you to better connect with the online community at WA. Remember, these people here are just like you! There are newbies and pros on WA, all learning and teaching about Online Marketing and what it takes to work from home.

There are many pros at WA (including myself) that can help you during your training if you ever get stuck so this really benefits you in the long run.

Task #3: Think About What You Want To Accomplish By Working from Home

Are you wanting to make more money? Do you simply want to have more time to enjoy the things you love? Do you hate having a boss at work? Whatever the reason is, know that it is different for everyone.

Once you have a clear idea of what your goals are, you can begin working your way towards that goal, learning and adding to your skillset as you do so. If you want to “be rich”, know that this is not clear enough. You need clear and concise goals to help you keep your focus.

Task #4: Read About Me (Totally Optional)

I know that you have read a lot today so you can save this task for later if you like.

I just want you to know that I was in the same position as you, even more tragically so. I am proof that you can really make money online and that you can really own your own online business. I knew nothing when I first got started online and now I work from home full time as a living.
